Mike McGill
President
I have worked as a public servant my entire adult life. After serving in the Marine Corps, I moved to Minnesota and started a family. I was hired by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office in 2006 and have been employed by WCSO ever since. Living and working in this community has been a pleasure. Wright County Frontline Outreach gives me an opportunity to serve my community where it is needed most.

Mark Olson
Vice President
I grew up in the south Minneapolis/St Paul metro area and moved to Wright County when I joined the Sheriff’s Office in 2006. I find personal fulfillment in public service and continually strive to refine my approach to law enforcement. I am proud and excited to be a part of this organization (WCFLO). I am also thankful for the support of the Sheriff’s Office in our effort to pro-actively help individuals in need and include this variety of public service into the resources available to WCSO Deputies.

Tammy Deringer
Treasurer
I have been married to a law enforcement officer for 26 years and we have 2 beautiful adult children. We have made our home in Wright County for 27 years. I work for a local accounting firm and I have been very involved in volunteerism over the years and enjoy lifting up our community. I am very excited about my involvement with WCFLO because it pairs my passion for the community and law enforcement. I have witnessed firsthand many acts of heroism and compassion by our local frontline heroes. Helping those in need is a priority for the frontline heroes I personally know here in Wright County. Our mission at WCFLO is to give our frontline heroes additional resources to help people in our community in their immediate time of need. This Nonprofit is sure to strengthen relationships and bless our community.

Nick Eldred
Sergeant at Arms
I was born and raised in Long Prairie, MN. I grew up eagerly following in my father’s footsteps of Law Enforcement and Fire Fighting. I moved to Wright County in 2004 taking a full-time position as a Patrol Deputy, and am currently moving into the Criminal Investigations Division as a Detective, starting in January of 2022. Since moving to Wright County I have also served as a FireFighter for the City of Clearwater (16 years) and am currently serving the City of Annandale as a FireFighter and a Part-Time Patrol Officer. My wife Megan and I now live in Annandale with our three children Teddy, Maxx, and Olivia. Having spent a majority of my career on Patrol I have seen many instances of selfless giving to random citizens by my colleagues. Taking the opportunity to be a part of the Wright County Frontline Outreach excites me for the possibilities of connecting our First Responders with the public on a regular basis. I sincerely want to thank all of our donors and volunteers helping us make this non-profit possible.
